Finance Experts Only:Would banks be interested if I provided a way to help get accounts paid faster?

I have a method in place to help get loan accounts paid down faster. Would banks be interested? If so, rather then your average local financial institution, who should I try and contact to negotiate an agreement between the bank and my company to setup such a deal?
