can a US CPA provide audit services in countries outside USA?

i am a US CPA and I live in Europe. Can I provide audit services to companies in Europe under my US CPA License qualification or do I need to become a EU CPA to offer those services?
If any, am I allowed to offer audit services to any countries outside USA?

    The regulatory agency accepts your credentials then youre fine but are you adequately familiar with ifrs ias and other accounting standards that these foreign companies use for financial reporting purposes.
