I bought some music lessons and when my old computer went down I bought another one. How do I get the lessons I downloaded and paid for back? Also I had a msn e-mail address in addition to my cable address, I can’t log into it either, how do I get that address back also?

    The old computer and explain what happened they should have the new one.
