Are there any real “Paid to Surf” Programs out there anymore? And where are they?

Ok so a few years ago I used the “Alladvantage” toolbar. It paid me a certain amount per hour of web surfing. I used to make like $20-25 a month with it.. Not huge money, but it was nice. This company went out of business though.

Ive noticed alot of fake programs and I wondered if there were any reasonable ones out because im sick of wasting my time. Which ones pay the best and where can I find some?

With iPod Touch wi-fi, do you have to pay to surf the web?
hunky429 asked:
I know the Apple device has Wi-Fi and built in Safari Internet browser. But does that mean I can surf the web wherever there’s a signal? Do I have to pay? Like, can I go to Starbucks and use T-Mobile HotSpot? Or do I have to pay for the HotSpot like “normal” computers/users to surf the web?
