    My friend does this all the time.
    The playstantion has wifi so if you have neighbors with unlocked internet connection you have neighbors with unlocked internet connection you can borrow it lol my friend does this all the time.

    For internet you need to pay for someone elses internet and thats it its free.

    The owner didnt approve it yes psn and free browser is free unless you can get into nearby wireless network which gets you internet service obviously isnt gonna be free but you are stealing it from someones wireless network which is free unless.
